Over 40 years after a sequel to Mel Brooks’ 1981 comedy History of the World, Part I was teased, fans finally get it in the form of this eight-episode series led by Brooks, who is also a writer and executive producer. Jared From Subway delves into the investigation that finally exposed Fogle’s true nature as a child sex predator. In 2015, Americans who had been charmed by Fogle’s persona and inspired by his story of overcoming obesity through a Subway diet were stunned when authorities brought multiple charges of child endangerment against him and his business partner, Russell Taylor. This three-part docuseries (all episodes airing back-to-back tonight on ID) reveals the untold story behind the fall of former Subway sandwiches spokesman Jared Fogle.
